The system will wait for Group Policy processing to finish completely before the next startup or logon for this user, and this may result in slow startup and boot performance.
After rebooting, the software does not install.

Step 1: Open cmd prompt as administrator
Press Windows Key
Type in: cmd
Press CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER
Type in: cmd
